HOW DO I BOOK A PARTY?  

Schedule your fairy tale party today! 
Parties are booked on a first come first serve basis.  

Just follow these 3 easy steps to make your fairy tale party a reality!

1. Please check availability first by filling out the AVAILABILITY FORM HERE
Checking availability is only an inquiry and we cannot guarantee the date/time will still be available if you do not book right away.  Due to high demand we recommend that after you hear back from us with availability, you send us an email immediately to let us know that you would like to be penciled in. Once you are penciled in we can hold your date for ONLY 24 hours without a deposit.  

2. To secure your date you must process a $100 deposit per performer.  $200 is required for FULL PARTY PACKAGES.  Click add to cart button ASAP to secure your date. 








3. Final and most important step. Once you pay your deposit please also fill out INFORMATION FORM HERE

WHAT TIME CAN I HOLD MY PARTY?

AT BELLA'S OR OAKESIDE MANSION:

9AM (Special Pricing), 11AM, 1:30PM, 4PM or 6:30 for Saturday or Sunday - Please inquire for during the week

At YOUR LOCATION FOR FULL PARTY packages are:
10am , 10:30am, 11am, 3pm, 3:30pm, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm or 7pm.  NO FULL PARTY PACKAGES AT CLIENTS LOCATION DURING THE HOURS OF NOON-2PM (This time frame is left for commuting and setting up).

1 HOUR ENTERTAINMENT 
We are a little more flexible with our 1 hour entertainment packages but these are the recommended start times:
10:30am, 11am, 11:30am, 1:30pm, 3:30pm, 5:30pm and 7:30pm

Weekday during vacation or summer - Please Inquire
Weekday during school - Please Inquire

WHAT HAPPENS IF I CANCEL THE PARTY?

In the event you have to cancel due to inclement weather (if the roads are closed or it is unsafe to hold the party) we will make arrangements to pick out a new date and time and the deposit will be put towards your new date. If you need to cancel or change dates less than 10 weeks away, for any other reason the deposit will be NON REFUNDABLE. However, If the event you want to cancel is 10 weeks away or more we can refund you the deposit minus a $25 administrative fee.
