HOW DO I BOOK A PARTY?
Parties are booked on a first come first serve basis. When a party date is confirmed, a deposit of $100.00 ($200 is required for FULL PARTY PACKAGES OR parties at Bella's Pad or Oakeside Mansion) is necessary to secure your date. The balance will be due in cash the day of the party. You may also pay via, Money Order, Cash or Major Credit Card prior to the party. Please go to our Contact us page here

AT BELLA'S OR OAKESIDE MANSION:
9AM, 11AM, 1:30PM, 4PM or 6:30 for Saturday or Sunday - Please inquire for during the week
At YOUR LOCATION FOR FULL PARTY packages are:
10am , 10:30am, 11am, 11:30am, 2:30pm , 3pm, 3:30pm, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm or 7pm.
ANYTIME for 1 hour entertainment based on availability.
Weekday during vacation or summer - Please Inquire

WHAT HAPPENS IF I CANCEL THE PARTY?
In the event you have to cancel due to inclement weather (if the roads are closed or it is unsafe to hold the party) we will make arrangements to pick out a new date and time and the deposit will be put towards your new date. If you would like to cancel/change dates for any other reason the deposit is NOT refundable. If the event you want to cancel is 10 weeks away or more we can refund you the deposit minus a $25 administrative fee.
ARE BOYS WELCOME?
We welcome boys! They can be brave knights at the royal celebrations, Pirates at the Fairy Parties or Rock Stars at our POP/ROCK Party.
WHAT DO I NEED TO SUPPLY?
Character entertainment requires a room with an outlet and enough space for all children to hold hands and make a circle. Full party packages require one large table for the craft (no chairs); one small table or for make up or face painting, and table & chairs for all the children to sit when doing a sit-down affair.
WHAT ARE THE AGES YOU ACCOMMODATE?
This depends on the theme. The best ages for most of our themes are for children ages 3-10. Spa parties can accommodate ages 6-15.
WHAT SHOULD THE PARTY ATTENDEES WEAR?
The costumes Bella Princess provides are designed to go directly over the their own clothes, eliminating the need to gets undressed! For the best possible fit and for comfort we suggest wearing form fitting clothing or leotards and swimsuits. However, this is not mandatory.
WHERE IS THE PARTY HELD?
We are a full-service party business. We can come directly to you! You name the location and we show up ready to party! or you can have it at our very own whimsical location BELLA'S PAD.
We will need a spot in your driveway to load and unload our equipment into the house. If it’s not at your home but in another location, please make sure there is a place close to the entrance for us to be able to load and unload. NYC clients will need to cover parking fee.

CAN WE HAVE THE PARTY OUTSIDE?
Due to the nature of our entertainment we DO NOT hold outside events during the months of July and August. All other months we can do our 1hr entertainment outside if the weather is below 79 degrees and it's on a clean non grassy area.
PARTIES IN RESTAURANTS:
The most important thing to take into account when doing a party at a restaurant is to make sure there’s at least a 10x10 area in front of the backdrop for entertainment. The next most important thing is to have an outlet very near the backdrop because of the noise level we will definitely need to use a microphone.
We get booked solid sometimes months in advance therefore we do not have rain dates. If it rains or if it's above 79 degrees you should have a alternative indoor space for the Bella Princess entertainment.
CAN OTHER PARENTS STAY FOR THE PARTY?
This is a high-energy party with make-up, dress-up and movement. If there is ample room without interference we have no problem with an audience. Please just remind the adults to keep the noise level when in the same room as the entertainment.
We are not a daycare service, nor is it our job to discipline your child. We are entertainers and are not responsible for unruly or uncooperative children. We kindly ask that you monitor disruptive behavior and attend to any child who does not want to participate. This will help us to provide the best possible party experience for you and your child.
WHAT TIME SHOULD THE PARTY GUESTS ARRIVE?
Please have them arrive on time. It is crucial that we begin on time so everyone can enjoy the fun. WE CANNOT go back on activities for late comers (example if we are done with face painting and are now in the middle of coronation we cannot stop in the middle of that activity to do face painting for a late comer).
HOW EARLY MUST I CONTACT YOU WITH THE FINAL R.S.V.P. COUNT?
We need to know at least 5 days (or sooner) before the date of the party. Your bill will be based on your final head count (Does not apply to the Character ONLY Parties). We can credit up to ONE no show the day of the party.
CAN I SERVE FOOD TO THE CHILDREN?
Food can be served before or after the children take off their costumes.
DO YOU DO MAKE-UP?
Yes! Please be aware of this fact. The girls want the make-up to be very outstanding. It is done for children with a child look.
Please be advised that Bella Princess Parties assumes no responsibility or liability to accidents or damages caused during your party to your guests or your property. Your party host/entertainer will work to ensure that your home and guests are treated with care; however, liability will lie strictly with the client.
Bella Princess Parties is also not responsible for allergic reactions.
IF A CHILD DOES NOT SHOW, DO I STILL HAVE TO PAY FOR THAT CHILD?
You have up to 72 hours prior to party to make changes to your RSVP list. However, Bella Princess will grant you credit for up to 1 (one) no-show; anything in excess to that will be your responsibility. You will be able to keep the favor for the children that YOU PAY FOR AND do not attend the party.

HOW MUCH DO I TIP?
The gratuity is not included in the package price but greatly appreciated. We recommend a standard gratuity based on the total party amount of 15% to 20% at your discretion.
